SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Area
The PRODUCTS offered can only be delivered within Turkey. Orders placed for a delivery address outside of this REGION will not be possible. The PRODUCTS will be sent to the delivery addresses provided by the CUSTOMER during the order process.
Shipping Time
The PRODUCTS will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
Order preparation, invoice issuance, and the availability of products in stock are stated on our WEBSITE. These timelines are understood to exclude weekends or public holidays. Once the PRODUCTS are shipped, the CUSTOMER will automatically receive an electronic notification, provided the email address on the registration form is correct.
Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during peak demand periods.
Delivery Times and Costs
During the order process, the SELLER will inform the CUSTOMER about potential delivery times and options for the purchased PRODUCTS. The shipping fee is calculated based on the chosen delivery method. If free shipping is not offered, these costs will be paid by the CUSTOMER in addition to the price of the purchased PRODUCTS. DELIVERY TERMS
The package will be delivered to the CUSTOMER against signature and with the presentation of an identification document. In case of absence, a delivery notification will be left for the CUSTOMER to pick up the package from the post office.
Delivery Issues
Loss and Damage: If any products are lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at inforozetta@gmail.com. We will initiate the necessary procedures with the shipping company and provide a solution as soon as possible. ROZETTA BEAUTY is not responsible for any delays in product delivery.
Address Information: It is important to provide correct and complete address information when placing an order. ROZETTA BEAUTY is not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
The CUSTOMER will be informed about the expected delivery date when selecting the carrier before confirming the order at the end of the online order process. Deliveries are expected to be made within thirty (30) days. If this fails, the CUSTOMER must notify the SELLER within a reasonable time to request delivery, and if not delivered within this period, the contract may be canceled. The SELLER will refund the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS, including taxes and delivery charges, using the same payment method used by the CUSTOMER. The SELLER is responsible for the PRODUCTS until they are delivered to the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER has a period of three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss during delivery.
Special Circumstances: Delivery times may be delayed due to special circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, strikes, or operational issues of the shipping companies. In such cases, we will keep you informed about the status of your order.
